About Alive Explorations

You work hard…

Staying on top of all the stuff that life demands of you… work… groceries… family… and hopefully fun and friends, too.

Surprisingly, all those external demands keep you feeling stuck in a head full of racing thoughts.

There’s enough stuff to manage, and enough running around to do, without having to drive to one more appointment and talk to a stranger about your problems or goals.

And yet… you know it would be good for you to talk to someone.

Some good news is that talking to someone online is an ideal option for the busy person who would rather stay in the comfort of home, or the safety of their parked car, and talk to a stranger about their problems… and their solutions.

And thankfully the “talking to a stranger” part is only temporary and quickly transitions into “talking to a trusted confidante.”

The computer screen fades away as we sit together, creating space for real healing and growth work while grounding into the present moment using proven skills and thoughtful inquiry.

You’ll be heard, seen, and accepted…

… while guided to grow toward your strengths and overall health.

We won’t dwell in pain and weaknesses.

You’ll learn to process things creatively and effectively, so the pains transform into your greatest strengths. You’ll transform as well, and you’ll have a supportive guide to help you every step of the way.

If you’re Wondering When to Get Started, the Answer is Now.

The consultation is free, and there are no strings attached. We’ll talk about where you want to go and what’s holding you back. I’ll be honest about whether I think I can help. If not, I’ll share some resources to help you find a good fit, so no matter what – you’ll leave the call with more clarity.

Request your consultation here based on the service you need, and reclaim your well-being.

About Andrea Shipley

I’ve always been a sensitive person who kind of went her own way.

More of a questioner than a rebel, I love variety and travel, so I’ve created a unique lifestyle for myself.

Right now, I live, work, and travel in a school bus that I spent a year converting into a tiny house/RV.

I had a healthcare agency job and a house; and decided not to wait until retirement before doing some of the traveling that I love so much. So, I built a business, left the secure job behind, and spent a year knee-deep in DIY projects with my retired father building a home office I could take on the road.

But don’t worry – I won’t nudge you toward bold moves like these unless you ask me to. I set out to do what’s best for the people I’m working with, and I strive to be reliable and offer secure services in the midst of my unusual circumstances.

I believe that humans are the most likely to create cultures that honor the Earth when they’re healthy and happy.

Pain has its place in the world; but when it’s not in the process of healing, it’s often creating more pain instead.

Healthy communities are made of healthy people, which is why it’s so important to me to help people to heal and help themselves.
